Here is one of your projects. First floor flat in old Victoriana house SE 42 JT. We lift and despose a old laminate. And we make a sanding, cosmetic gapfilling and varnishing with primer Bona white, covered with Bona Traffic. Project, was difficult. It was needed to change one joist and fit a old floor boards on some parts of the floor. You may see a result.
